You Need Salvation and You Can Be Saved!

The Bible says, "Whoever will call upon the name of the Lord will be saved!" (Romans 10:13). "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the only way to the only true God - He said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. (John 14:6).

Since Jesus Christ came into the world the world has become (on average) a progressively better place to live. Jesus said the Kingdom of Heaven (established at His coming; Matthew 12:28) is like leaven placed into raw dough. He said the leaven would spread until the whole was leavened. This is what is happening on planet earth. Christianity will continue to grow until the cultures of the whole world are Christianized. Jesus came to save the world (John 3:16). Jesus is the Savior of all who call upon Him, and you are urged to call upon Him today that you might live eternally in blessing and joy with Jesus Christ and His saints (Psalm 16:11).

 Call upon Jesus for What?

Every, person, including you, knows God is there. Every person, including you, knows he is a sinner and that something needs to be done about his sin. Every person deals with his sins, but many do not deal with their sins in the right way. It is human nature to attempt to cover our own sins (Genesis 3:7; Psalm 49:7-8). But the attempt is futile (Isaiah 64:6) and will end in the condemnation of any who continue in this effort until death (Romans 10:3-11).

The only way to properly deal with sin is to come to Jesus Christ who is the only Savior and the one who died as the only acceptable Substitute on behalf of sinners (Isaiah 53:4-6). Those who come to Christ and call upon Him for salvation will be saved from their sins and will experience the reality that God “…made Him [Jesus] who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him” (2 Corinthians 5:21). We urge you to call upon Jesus Christ for the salvation of your soul. Here is the promise of Jesus Christ –

 Come to Me,

All you who labor and are heavy laden,

And I will give you rest.

Take My yoke upon you

And learn from Me,

For I am gentle

And lowly in heart, and

You will find rest for your souls.

For My yoke is easy

And My burden is light."

(Matthew 11:28-30)

 And

"All that the Father gives Me will come to Me,

And the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out.

For I have come down from heaven,

Not to do My own will,

But the will of Him who sent Me.

This is the will of the Father who sent Me,

That of all He has given Me I should lose nothing,

But should raise it up at the last day.

And this is the will of Him who sent Me,

That everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him

May have everlasting life;

And I will raise him up at the last day."

(John 6:37-40)
